My work as a mental health therapist has been shaped by the privilege of supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including severe trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, phobias, and other conditions that can impact daily life and personal growth. I believe that every person holds the potential to heal, grow, and thrive—regardless of where they’re starting from. Life presents us with difficult decisions and unexpected turns, and a healthy mind plays a vital role in how we move through them.
