I am an experienced, licensed therapist who would like to help you with your relationship concerns, addiction/codependency/recovery issues, depression, anxiety or grief. From the first phone contact, to the first appointment, and every one thereafter, every effort is made to ensure your concerns are addressed in a friendly, caring and professional manner. Each person's needs are assessed by careful listening and thoughtful consideration, applying over 25 years of experience to the issues at hand. Treatment plans are arrived at following a process of gauging client strengths, apparent obstacles, and then, potential solutions. This is a "team effort.
