I am passionate about helping clients navigate difficult life transitions including grief and loss using these challenges as catalysts for healing and growth. With over 25 years of experience in various therapeutic modalities, I provide client-centered and trauma-responsive therapy grounded in compassion and empathy leading to greater emotional regulation, self-trust, deeper relational security and embodiment (feeling more at home in one’s body).
