Life does not always go as planned. Bad things happen to good people, and good people sometimes make bad choices. People hurt people, experience loss and disappointment, and sometimes wake up living a life that feels foreign to them. In my role as a therapist, I have the opportunity to travel alongside others as they experience human struggle. I believe in the value of ALL people, regardless of age, gender, race, socioeconomic status, sexuality, religion, or life circumstance. I believe in the power of change in a person's life, and count it a privilege to be a part of that change. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, providing services that span from therapy for depression and anxiety, to grief counseling and beyond. My specialty area is LGBTQ+ issues. I am certified in brainspotting, a treatment method that is highly effective in addressing trauma.
