My ideal client/s wants to find answers to their WHY? Why do I react this way? Why do I feel this way? Why isn't my marriage working? Why is my child struggling? Why is my life not where I want it to be? I want to be a part of your journey to discover answers to your WHYs. Through compassionate exploration of your story, coupled with therapeutic interventions to gain understanding, we will work together to get you needed answers to these questions (or any others you may have). Along the way, you will also learn coping skills to help you achieve goals you have for yourself.
