Hello, my name is Gwinn. I have lived experience and professional training to help you navigate your current struggles. 'It does not have to be this way always...you can overcome.' We will begin our sessions with an assessment of the current condition(s), understanding the history, and how it affects your present life. We will determine our meeting schedule and develop a treatment plan with measurable goals. Periodically, we will check progress against these goals. Treatment plans are customized based on your individual needs using one or more modalities, and homework as appropriate.
