I specialize in helping people who are: (1) experiencing a significant loss, transition, or change in their lives (2) experiencing dissatisfying patterns and dynamics in relationships with family, friends, partners, and at work; (3) struggling with anxiety, depression, and other forms of emotional distress; (4) looking for a greater sense of intimacy, connection, and fulfillment. I also specialize in mind-body therapy, helping my clients to explore how addressing their unprocessed emotions can offer lasting relief for some forms of physical pain, anxiety, and other chronic symptoms.
