Welcome! I'm Hailey Aiton, LMHC. Are you feeling "stuck" and struggling to articulate your thoughts or emotions? Sometimes when your thoughts and emotions take over it can feel difficult to connect to others or even yourself. I believe in meeting people where they're at and sitting with them in the struggle to try to fully understand the depth of the issue at hand. I am an eclectic therapist utilizing approaches from cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
