If you’ve been living in constant overwhelm—burnt out, anxious, stuck in patterns you know aren’t serving you—I see you. Maybe you’ve spent years holding it all together, managing everything for everyone, but inside, you feel disconnected… from your body, your truth, your life. I help people come home to themselves. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or relationship struggles—not to pathologize, but to understand. To shift out of survival mode and into grounded self-leadership. Through nervous system work, emotional processing, and real-life tools, I’ll guide you in building awareness, breaking old patterns, and cultivating the inner safety to live authentically and powerfully. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you.
