I am passionate about helping kids (ages 12+), teens, and young adults navigate the ups, downs, and everything in-between. My approach to therapy is holistic, compassionate, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual I work with. I believe there's no "one-size-fits-all" in mental health - your story, strengths, and struggles deserve thoughtful, personalized care. Whether it's learning to manage big feelings, building confidence, or adjusting to change, I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way. I work with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including, ADHD, anxiety, depression, school-related stress, family conflict, and major life transitions/events. I also have years of experience supporting individuals on the Autism spectrum as they work towards their goals.
