Hello! I work with individuals (18+) exclusively through telehealth; on many topics including; perinatal/pregnancy/postpartum, anxiety, depression, the stress of life, PTSD and trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, body image, and self-esteem struggles. I am an EMDR-informed therapist, and provide EMDR through telehealth. My goal when meeting with you is to meet you where you are while offering you unconditional positive regard, support, and a non-judgmental space where we can explore any of the stresses, problems, trauma, or any other issues that you are be experiencing, while also working together to build up and celebrate you.
