As a therapist-in-training with Root & Rise Collective, I approach therapy with presence, patience, and genuine curiosity about your lived experience. My work is grounded in humanistic, trauma-informed, and somatic perspectives, shaped by my background in community mental health and addiction services as well as my experience as a yoga instructor, which informs my belief in body-based and nervous-system-focused healing. My goal is to cultivate a relationship that feels grounding, empowering, and genuinely supportive. I approach much of my work through a trauma-informed lens and have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, neurodivergence, and trauma-related concerns. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, integrating somatic, relational, and skills-based approaches to support emotional regulation and resilience.
