I specialize in perinatal mental health, adult neurodivergence, and supporting people who are navigating the transitions of young adulthood. My goal as a therapist is to understand what you’re going through, help you make sense of your experiences, and give you practical support as you move forward. My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based. I combine talk therapy with somatic techniques and Brainspotting to help you process what’s been overwhelming, build coping tools that actually fit your life, and feel more grounded day to day. Together, we work at a pace that feels manageable and real. I love working with late diagnosed, self diagnoses, or undiagnosed neurodivergent adults. As a late diagnosed adult with ADHD, I really get it. My goal is to empower you with executive functioning tools and support you need to navigate life’s challenges in a world built for neurotypical individuals, creating a therapeutic space to truly be yourself.
