My main focus is on you, the client, and how your behaviors, thought processes, and life happenings brought you to where you are today. I want each client to feel comfortable while working through different areas of their life. My favorite thing to do is learn, which means I am dedicated to continuing to learn my craft and new methods of success for my clients. I am especially passionate about working with individuals on their grief and loss journey. Being a past teacher and current professional school counselor helps me with clients who are experiencing school related issues. Last year I was fortunate enough to take 2 certification classes which helped me become specialized in grief and anxiety. Through these classes, I have learned different interventions to bring to session to help clients who may be experiencing either or both.
