Hi, I'm Haley. I currently work with adults. I have a strong background in prehospital emergency medicine and working with first responders. I work full-time as an emergency medical technician and am pursuing a PhD in health psychology. My goal is to reduce stigma to help you heal and reach your goals! I specialize in chronic illness, mood disorders, and trauma/stress-related disorders. My orientation in counseling is the biopsychosocial approach. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR) as evidence-based practice.
