As a new mother, I have become passionate about working with new moms as they navigate the profound transition into motherhood. This season of life can bring so much joy, but also a mix of uncertainty, exhaustion, and emotional vulnerability. I also spend a lot of my time supporting adolescents and teens in navigating ADHD, behavioral challenges, and major life transitions. Supporting families to thrive through therapy is such a meaningful and impactful approach that I am committed to accomplishing with the right tools, resources, and individualized care. At StayWell Counseling, I offer a custom approach to each of my clients. By doing so, I start with understanding where you are and the challenges you are facing. As a Christian myself, I can incorporate faith-based counseling into sessions if that is an important component of your recovery as well.
