About
My goal as a counselor is to offer holistic, strengths-based care that empowers clients to identify areas in their life where they need support & work collaboratively with them to create treatment goals. I predominantly work with adults, particularly in support of the diverse needs of veterans, and first responders, & for those experiencing symptoms of trauma & traumatic stress in a safe & empathetic environment. I emphasize client safety in all of my work, with the understanding that coming to therapy is difficult for many, & that it requires compassion & a welcoming space in order to address the challenges of life.
