Hello, welcome to therapy! My name is Haley Land, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the Los Angeles area. I utilize a client-centered approach with a focus on facilitating a meaningful therapeutic experience! My focus areas of practice are anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and gender health. Some of the theoretical approaches I utilize are theories of systems, person in the environment, cognitive behavior, and the humanistic approach.
