I am an experienced therapist specializing in ADHD, Anxiety, and Relationship/Couples Counseling. I work with couples in monogamous and ENM/poly relationships. I create a non-judgmental space where you have the support you need to be honest with yourself, make sustainable changes, and gather some new skills. I provide in-person and telehealth (video call) sessions in Reno, NV, and telehealth counseling to clients anywhere in Nevada or California. I am not currently accepting new clients. I'll be on maternity leave from December 2025-Spring 2026. You can contact me to be added to a call list for starting therapy in spring 2026. I believe that there are lots of valid and “right” ways to lead a healthy life. That said, we all experience seasons where we can use some extra support and perspective. As a therapist, I’m going to be a good fit for clients who are seeking accountability, evidence-based tools, education, and insight
