Not sure who you are after everything changed? Feeling lost after a major loss or transition? Contrary to popular belief, grief doesn't happen only when we lose a loved one. Grief can come in many forms — death, breakups, identity shifts, role changes, life transitions — and it doesn’t follow a neat timeline. Supporting teens, young adults and adults through the messy, often isolating experience of grief is my passion. Maybe you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not yourself. Therapy gives you an opportunity to express, explore, and feel what you've been holding in. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness principles, and utilize internal family systems informed practices to gently explore the different parts of you that may be feeling stuck, hurt, or unheard.
