I am a licensed therapist working with children, teens, and young adults that are struggling to overcome anxiety, depression, and stress. I strive to create a safe environment where my clients can show up as exactly who they are. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in humor (because we all need to laugh sometimes). I use a variety of techniques from CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. At the core of my approach, I am meeting you or your child where you are.
