It seems like everyone depends on you for every little thing anymore, but deep down you want to be left alone before you fall apart. Everything feels overwhelming that you just shut down and disconnect from the world. You spend most of your day thinking that you aren't enough and terrified someone will find out. You know a change needs to happen, but you don't know where to begin. Take that first step of reaching out for support, and we can figure out the next step together. I can provide a safe space to process and learn new strategies for the different aspects of your life. I am able to provide therapeutic skills and techniques so that your mental wellness remains a priority while taking care of everyone or everything else on your plate. We work together as a team to help identify your goals and strategies to get you there.
