Trauma-exposed helping professionals (e.g., first responders, teachers, healthcare workers, and law enforcement) are often burned out, overwhelmed, and unsure how to keep going. Together, we will untangle grief, trauma, and identity loss so you can set boundaries, reclaim your voice, & find peace without abandoning your calling. I specialize in helping trauma-exposed caregivers and helping professionals heal from PTSD, trauma, and grief by drawing from evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Flash, and IFS-informed parts work to process emotional wounds and rebuild identity, without guilt, burnout, or losing their sense of purpose, so they can truly feel whole again.
