I often work with folks wanting support with eating disorders, their relationship with food or body, or navigating neurodivergence. I especially enjoy supporting people who want to work through past experiences that still feel heavy or continue to affect them today. As an EMDR certified therapist, I walk alongside clients as they process what they’ve been through, build self-compassion, and move toward feeling more at peace in their day to day life. I have additional training in working with those dealing with dissociation and dissociative disorders. I am also accepting new clients for autism & ADHD assessments.
