Seeking therapy is not easy, and you deserve the support that you’re looking for. I approach therapy from a strengths-based perspective, and my mission is to partner up with motivated individuals looking to improve their quality of life. I spend the first few sessions getting to know you as a person and learning about the issues that brought you to therapy. My job is to listen to you and provide insight and support to help you make sense of what is causing you distress and how we can move forward to help you live a happier and healthier life.
