I strive to meet my clients with warmth, openness, and creativity. Therapy can provide a safe space to heal and to explore, so that we can discover new and more fulfilling ways-of-being within ourselves and with others. Issues I commonly work with include relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, anxiety, depression and trauma. I value helping clients to understand the impact of past experiences on their present life, but I also focus on the here-and-now and bodily awareness in sessions to deepen processing and understanding. With child clients, I work through play as well as talk therapy depending on age and preference.
