I will work with a variety of client problems, helping them create and achieve goals to better themselves and lives, using therapy techniques that suit the clients needs. Most of my counseling uses techniques from Reality Therapy, which can be used to help most mental health issues. The environment in which the client and therapist interact would be a calming place and I would offer unconditional acceptance and my undivided attention, along with some humor and quirkiness.
