I have over nine years experience in providing mental health therapy/ counseling, working with women and children. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space across their lifespan, Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma or ADHD, my goal is to assist you in life transitions. I have seen my clients become unstuck, achieve growth and get on with their lives. I provide active listening, empathy and support, encouraging you to express yourself. I utilize Mindfulness to help you relax the continuous thoughts through mind-body connection. I also utilize CBT, an evidence based treatment that focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behavior. We will focus on your strengths to find current solutions.
