I am a clinical social worker, health/life coach, yoga/meditation teacher, reiki practitioner & embody dance teacher specializing in college life, anxiety, ADHD, autism, twice exceptional, infertility, endometriosis. I incorporate movement, mindfulness & breath work to aide in the therapeutic process, as indicated. I utilize DBT, CBT, IFS (IFS informed) & other therapy modalities. My approach is eclectic, drawing on all of the above, to treat a wide range of living challenges. Together we will create the "space" you most desire. Halley supports high school/college-aged and on with life transitions (college, welcoming children, etc) health/well-being, career, interpersonal relationships, college readiness, fertility support, endometriosis and so on. She collaborates care with holistic providers, APRN/psychiatry, school systems (PPT/504 support), medical and other treatment providers.
