In these times of complex social pressures on us all, therapy can be a place to find support, get to know yourself better, and to explore new perspectives. My style is warm, client centered, and empathic. With my background in the performing arts, I have always been interested in human stories and connecting deeply with others. I believe in the potential for profound healing through this work. A graduate of Hunter College, I approach our work with anti-oppressive, anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma-informed values.
