Healing isn’t linear, and there’s no final destination to reach. It’s an ongoing process of coming home to yourself, sometimes messy, often nonlinear, always unfolding. We carry stories shaped by our families, relationships, and cultural identities. Over time, these stories can form patterns that once protected us, but may now keep us feeling stuck or disconnected. In our work together, I offer a warm and nonjudgmental space where we can explore these patterns with curiosity, care, and a deep commitment to understanding what makes you you.
