Welcome! I am Hanan. I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life stress. I offer a warm, collaborative, and culturally informed approach, grounded in empathy and respect for your unique story. I have extensive training in domestic violence and have experience supporting and treating survivors of gender-based violence. This work has deepened my understanding of trauma and how it affects the body, mind, and relationships. I draw on this knowledge to help clients process painful experiences and rebuild a sense of safety and self-trust.
