33+ years of professional social work experience and many more years of life experience have led me to EMDR and a deep commitment to working with trauma recovery. This modality has proven to be successful in treating people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, or a multitude of other experiences: domestic violence, sexual assault, violent crime. The focus of my work is the treatment of adults seeking to heal from trauma, anxiety and depression. It is my life's passion, providing emotional support and relief to those who have become stuck in their past experiences so they can live a more fulfilled present and future. I work closely with the Genesee County Sheriff Dept, Liberty House Recovery Center and with local OBgyns to treat birth trauma, PPD, birth loss, etc.
