I believe that everyone can benefit from finding someone to talk to about life's challenges. I also recognize how hard this can be. As a therapist, my first priority upon meeting with clients is to make them feel comfortable. I offer a non judgmental space and work collaboratively with clients to develop solutions to their problems. I work hard at simply connecting with my clients in a very real and authentic way. I spend time understanding their unique challenges and tailor my treatment approach to the individual. I work with couples and individuals and use a relational approach.
