My goal is to walk with my clients as they navigate the sometimes confusing process of "becoming." I offer strength based, relationship focused support to individuals across the life span. I specialize in supporting adults through life's transitions. You may be considering pregnancy, experiencing a recent birth or pregnancy loss, or expanding your family through adoption. You may be seeking support for beginning a new career, marriage, divorce, starting or ending school. You may be grieving the death of a loved one, or managing your own health challenges.
