Carl Jung said it is "The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are" and is the overarching theme of my approach. It is an honor to support clients who are going through challenging life transitions. I enjoy helping people find their path, navigate neurodiversity, manage ADHD as well as nurturing relationships with themselves and others. I have always worked with children in and out of the therapy space and am fond of working with kiddos with various needs. I aim to use our time wisely to get to the real problems so that you can move through and process alongside someone who has your best interests in mind.
