I am taking new clients! Therapy is a safe space to air out all of your hopes, dreams, frustrations, and fears. It's a space to express the hard emotions we feel as humans every day, especially in our current world. It's also a space to learn how to manage these hard emotions so that we can find peace, love, and happiness. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota who enjoys working with teens, adults, couples, and LGBTQ+ individuals. I have helped clients with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relational issues, and gender identity. I have experience in Person-Centered Therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused therapy. Our first few sessions will be about diving into the possible causes of your issues, what you have tried in the past, and creating a plan for how to address them in the future.
