We all go through valleys and peaks in our lives. Sometimes the only way to get out of a deep pit is through grasping the hand that is there to help you. I have seen personally what can happen with the help of someone who offers unconditional support and encouragement, moving one out of the darkness and into the light. I am particularly passionate about holistic health and wellness and believe we are all on a journey toward a more vibrant life. In addition to my Master's Degree in Social Work, I have completed a certificate through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and enjoy bringing all areas of wellness in greater focus. I am passionate about the connection between the mind and the body, shifting into a perspective of gratitude, mindfulness based methods, and coaching strategies. Utilizing a collaborative approach, we can work through the valleys and discover a life full of hope and understanding, leaving you equipped to move forward.
