I work with kids, teenagers, and young adults on issues including: self esteem, boundaries, coping skills, anxiety, depression, trauma history, and family dynamics. I really enjoy providing a casual and welcoming atmosphere for clients that allows them to safely explore what's on their minds and sort through things they are struggling with.
