I have experience supporting children, adolescents and adults experiencing ADHD, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I enjoy helping clients learn how to have a healthy relationship with their mind by using person-centered treatment planning focusing on an individual's unique goals, strengths, and preferences. I work with clients struggling with ADHD to reduce procrastination, manage task paralysis, and creating structure in everyday life. If you are experiencing trauma, anxiety, or depression I can aid in finding balance and solutions while providing warm, comforting support for both in person and telehealth settings.
