Welcome to my highly specialized trauma and somatic processing practice! I specialize in Eating Disorders, Traumas, Domestic Violence and general mental health distress. You can expect most sessions to incorporate either Brainspotting or ART, with some skill building and traditional talk therapy mixed throughout, while primarily working through the AIR Network Model lens. My goal is for you to reach your mental health needs and goals in an efficient and timely manner to reach a point where you can graduate from mental health services and only need maintenance sessions as new stressors arise.
