I provide individual therapy for young adults up to age 25, and a blend of individual and family therapy for teens age 13-19 and their caregivers. My main goal is to build a strong and supportive relationship with my clients, which is the foundation of our work together. I believe that healing happens through connection and trust. I offer a warm and understanding environment where clients feel heard and valued, and I incorporate play, art, sensory integration, and physical movement into sessions.
