Have you ever been to therapy and felt like you didn’t learn any actionable skills? If the answer is yes, I can totally relate! It wasn’t until I found Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my own life, that I knew what to do when those really big feelings show up. Welcome! My name is Hannah (pronounced like Hon-nah) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Originally from the East Coast, I relocated to New Mexico several years ago to create a more meaningful and authentic life for myself. You’ll find as we work together, I bring a spirit of curiosity and interrelatedness through warmth, validation, and compassion. I started my career working with adolescents and later transitioned to adult therapy.
