I have found that my style and approach work well with adults, especially ones who suffer from anxiety and intrusive thoughts, as well as addictions and personality disorders. I also enjoy working with clients who are going through life transitions or complicated relationships to help them gain and utilize more coping skills to improve things like communication, conflict resolution, and emotion regulation. I have also been trained in Exposure and Response Prevention therapy to treat OCD, phobias, and social anxiety.
