Part of you wants things to change, and part of you is scared they can’t. My goal is to offer a supportive, affirming space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect, meeting you where you are rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all solution.
