I'm so glad you're here! Are you apprehensive about starting therapy? You don't have to be bought in & it's okay to be afraid, you just have to be willing to show up and try. I have special training in treating trauma, substance use and eating disorders but would consider myself a generalist, interested and excited in treating a wide variety of concerns. I enjoy working with individuals and am currently waitlisting couples. I see ages 12 and up, in-person and virtually, with afternoon & Saturday availability.
