I am a licensed mental health counselor with a deep passion for helping adults (18+) navigate life’s challenges. I have worked in outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospital settings, offering support for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, self-harm, mood disorders, and life transitions. My approach is eclectic, blending trauma-informed, IFS, EMDR,person-centered, relational and emotion-focused techniques, all grounded in the belief that each person’s journey is unique. I believe that healing doesn’t always have to be serious —sometimes laughter can be just as powerful throughout this process.
