Together, we will bridge your mind and body, guiding you toward greater awareness, self-worth, and practical skills for building a vibrant life with fulfilling relationships. With a background as a chemical engineer in the energy industry,I found my true calling in psychotherapy in 2021 and earned my Master’s in Social Work from Ramapo College in 2024.
