I will empower you to make positive, lasting changes in pursuit of a hopeful future and a life defined by what is important to you. I have experience supporting individuals as they overcome a variety of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, significant life changes, LGBTQ+ issues, and women’s issues My therapeutic approach consists of several evidenced-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic Experiencing which I will tailor to meet your unique needs.
