Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Qualified Supervisor, and Certified Behavioral Health Case Management Supervisor. I have worked in the behavioral health field for over 10 years in a variety of settings including residential, in-home / community based, and inpatient hospital setting. I have experience working with mental health, substance abuse, parenting issues, geriatrics, and the dependency system. Having worked with a variety of clients in different settings throughout my career, I am a reality-based therapist. Focusing less on how things make you feel, we will focus on how your thoughts and behaviors are impacting your emotional state, as well as realistic steps that need to be taken to reach your goal(s).
